Bahan-bahan Satai Jeroan

200 gram limpa sapi
200 gram babat sapi
100 gram usus sapi
3 batang serai, memarkan
6 lembar daun jeruk purut
3 lembar daun salam
1 sendok teh air asam jawa (1 sendok makan asam jawa + 2 sendok makan air)
500 ml air
50 gram kelapa parut, sangrai, haluskan
1 sendok teh gula merah
Garam secukupnya
2 sendok makan minyak goreng
Tusukan satai secukupnya
